Where GHL uses telephony services (e.g., via Twilio), related call/SMS metadata may be processed.
  • Advertising/analytics partners to measure performance and, where permitted, deliver or measure ads (you can opt out).
  • Professional advisers & authorities when required by law or to protect rights.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We will notify you of material changes.

7) International Transfers

  • Coaching records/notes: typically up to 3 years after last interaction unless you request deletion sooner (subject to legal obligations).
  • Marketing data: up to 24 months after last engagement or until you opt out.

  • Email/SMS: unsubscribe via message links or reply STOP to SMS.

  • Access/Deletion/Correction/Portability/Objection: request to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your information, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

California (CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit use/disclosure of sensitive information.
